Bed & Breakfast Policies

Who Qualifies

Adults 15 and up…no pets.

2 night minimum stay required. 

No third party reservations. Guest must be the cardholder.

Prefered Check-in time, between 4-7pm.

Check-out 10:30 am.


Booking

One nights stay or 50% deposit is required at time of booking.

Rates are based on single or double occupancy.

Maximum occupancy per room is 2

Prices are subject to 12% state & local taxes


Cancellations should be done by telephone (801) 425-2813

  • Spring Summer & Fall.. Cancellations inside 21 days of arrival date are responsible for your balance and charged for any nights not resold. Cancellations outside 21 days can be rescheduled or refunded.
  • Ski Season.. 50% deposit required. Cancellations inside 45 days of arrival date are responsible for your balance and charged for any nights not resold . Cancellations outside 45 days can reschedule a similar reservation or be refunded 50% of original deposit and not be responsible for the balance.    

No refunds for canceled flights or early departures.

In the event that anything changes (dates, # of people, etc) please notify us ASAP so we can plan accordingly.


House Policies:


No Shoes inside chalet: we provide slippers, you may prefer to bring your own.

No Ski Boots, Red wine or coffee upstairs in guestrooms. A convenient ski closet is provided for all your equipment. Red wine and coffee may be consumed downstairs in our dining room.


Registered Guests Only: For your privacy and every one’s security, the chalet and its amenities (ie, hot tub, billiard table etc) are for registered guests only. Please advise us if you intend to have any visitors. 


Common Areas: Due to the intimate size of the Chalet, a courtesy quiet policy is in place after 9:00pm . At this time the hot tub & billiard table are closed. FYI, Hot tub is available during ski season only.


No Smoking, candles, inscense or any kind of open flame inside the chalet.. Any evidence of this and your a goner.


Food & Beverage:  Breakfast is served downstairs each morning 7-9:30. Guests are expected to support local eateries for lunch and dinner. 


The kitchen is private and unavailable to guests. Guests are asked to support local eateries outside of breakfast.  Your room however is equipped with a mini-refrigerator for personal snacks and beverages. Please note: No red wine or coffee upstairs in guestrooms. Red wine, coffee, take out food, snacks and beverages are welcome to be enjoyed downstairs in the dining room or outside in the garden.


Negligent Behavior: We take pride in providing all our guests with a tasteful, clean, and well maintained atmosphere and ask that you take special care in ensuring that this is preserved. Guests will be asked to pay fair and reasonable costs incurred for damages caused by negligent behavior.

If you need to cancel or modify your reservation (dates, # of people, etc.) Please call us at (801) 425-2813 so we can plan accordingly. Please have your reservation number ready.
