Bed & Breakfast Policies

Who Qualifies

Adults 16 years an up.

No pets.

No third person reservations (guest must be cardholder)

Check-in time, between 3-7 pm. (flexible for out of state travelers)

Check-out 11 am. Ski season 10:30

Booking;

24 hour advance required

50% deposit is required at time of booking.

Maximum occupancy per room is 2

Reservations are non-transferable.

Prices are subject to 12% state & local taxes

House Policies:

No shoes in the house, Please remove your street shoes in our foyer. We provide house slippers, or you may prefer to bring your own slippers. Socks or bf are fine too.

Registered guests only: For your privacy and everyone's security, the chalet is private and its amenities ( hot tub, billiard table, common areas) are for registered guests only.

Food & Beverage: A complimentary breakfast is served downstairs from 7-9am.

Our kitchen is private and unavailable to guests. You are asked to support local eateries for lunch and dinner. Your room is equipped with a mini fridge for personal snacks and beverages.

Take out food and picnics are welcome downstairs in common dining room. There is no microwave or kitchen facilities available to guests.

No coffee, red wine, tea or hot chocolates upstairs in guestrooms,

Negligent behavior: We take pride in providing all our guests with a tasteful, clean and well maintained atmosphere and ask that you take special care in insuring that this is preserved.

Guests will be asked to pay fair and reasonable costs incurred from damages caused by any negligent behavior.

No candles, smoking or any kind of open flame in the guestrooms, Any evidence of these and your a goner.

Cancellations:

• Spring Summer & Fall.. Cancellations inside 21 days of arrival date are responsible for your balance and charged for any nights not resold. Cancellations outside 21 days can be rescheduled or refunded.
• Ski Season.. Cancellations inside 45 days of arrival date are responsible for your balance and charged for any nights that cannot be not resold . Cancellations outside 45 days can rescheduled or be refunded 50% of original deposit.  

No refunds for canceled flights or early departures.

Changes: In the event that anything changes (dates, # of people, etc) please notify us ASAP so we can plan accordingly. Reservations are non-transferable...
