Preferred check-in time 3-7 pm. 

Check-out 11 am. Ski season 10:30 am.

Booking;

Bookings on behalf of others must be done by phone.

50% deposit is required at time of booking.

Maximum occupancy per room is 2

Reservations are non-transferable.

Prices are subject to 12% state &   taxes

House Policies:

No shoes in the house, Please remove your street shoes in our foyer. We provide house slippers, or you may prefer to bring your own slippers. Socks or bf are fine too.

Registered guests only:  The   chalet is private and for registered guests only.

Noise and Courtesy:  Due to the intimate size of the chalet, a noise and courtesy policy is in place.  Do not come here with plans to party all night in your room.   This is a small house with rooms in close proximity. Guests are asked to be aware that loud TVs, loud sexual activity, shouting, etc. can likely be heard by other guests.  Please be courteous of other guests, We are all about the sleep.

Food & Beverage:  A complimentary breakfast is served downstairs from 7-10 am.

Our kitchen is private and unavailable to guests. You are asked to support local eateries for lunch and dinner. Your room is equipped with a mini fridge for personal snacks and beverages.

Take out food and picnics are welcome in the main floor dining room.

There is no  microwave or kitchen facilities available for food preparation.

Please no Coffee, red wine, tea and hot chocolate upstairs in guestrooms,

They are welcome and available downstairs in common area.

No alcoholic beverages in the Hot tub.  Tub is open during ski season only.   
Negligent behavior:  We take pride in providing all our guests with a tasteful, clean and well maintained atmosphere and ask that you take special care in insuring that this is preserved.

Guests will be charged fair and reasonable costs incurred from damages caused by any negligent behavior (including bed sheets)

No candles, smoking or any kind of open flame  in the guestrooms, Any evidence of these and your a goner.

 Guests are responsible for cost shipping lost or forgotten items

Cancellations:

Reservations are non transferable

No refunds for cancelled flights or early departures.

Spring Summer & Fall..  Cancellations inside 21 days of arrival date are responsible for their balance and refunded for any nights resold. Cancellations outside 21 days can be rescheduled or refunded 50% of original deposit.

Ski Season..  Cancellations will be responsible for their balance and be refunded for any nights resold.
